Sky Ranch Flyer Membership
Our members range from beginners to advanced aerobatic R/C pilots and are of all ages. Annual membership to the Sky Ranch Flyers runs from January 1st to December 31st. Applications & dues received on October 1st or later, will provide membership through the following year. We offer a great resource for those interested in learning to fly, build models, or just hang out at the field.
Annual Membership Dues:
Sky Ranch Flyer members must belong to the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) if you intend to fly a model aircraft at our field. The AMA is a governing body for radio controlled models which provides liability insurance, a monthly magazine called "Model Aviation", and is sincere in promoting the modeling hobby. Their website is www.modelaircraft.org.
If you would like more information about our club, stop out at our field when we are flying, or contact our president.
Our flying site is located 5.5 miles west of Hwy 45 or 3.5 miles east of Hwy 41 on Hwy D.
Please mail your application, check, and a copy of your AMA card - please contact the Treasurer for the mailing address.
