The club will purchase a few pizza’s and snacks – drinks will be your responsibility.

Meeting Agenda is as follows:

a.  Vote in Officers

b.  Vote to renew AMA Charter

c.  Discuss memberships, as follows:

               Vote on to keep or change membership dues: 
                Do we need to do any increases? 

                Do we need to reduce fees? 

                Do we need to provide more of a break to the grass cutters for their time cutting? 

d.  Establish grass cutting team

e.  Discuss an idea about new club members and how they join:

                Should new club members be "sponsored"?

                Should there be a voting process to allow in new club members?  This option would allow club
                members to have the right to vote against someone joining the club.  This would apply to new
                applicants only.  Why?  Two examples:
 
                What if that boss you worked for, the one that made your job a" living hell", decided to join our club
                just to make things worse?  Wouldn't you want a say in the matter?  After all, you were here first.
                Without a voting right, your only option would be to "quit" or "put up" with the guy. 

                Another example actually happened in our club.   A "club member's" employee joined the club and
                ruined the "fun" of escaping his job for some relaxation at the field because his employee was
                around - he should have had a say in the matter (no, it wasn't me ).

                This rule would apply to new members only.  Those individuals already part of the club would still be
                subject to being expelled under rules Section VII, sub-section C of the By-Laws.

f. Establish dates and times for the next meetings for the next several months.

g.  Discuss Spring Cleanup

h. Discuss ideas for the Air Show, create teams and responsibilities for the Air Show
